Our Mission
The Julius Scholar Program’s mission is to honor the wishes of Marc Julius by cultivating confident, forward-thinking, and thoughtful members of the STEM community who are passionate about addressing the underrepresentation of women in STEM.
Our Goals
The Julius Scholars program creates and executes student programming with the following objectives in mind:
addressing the underrepresentation of women in STEM
cultivating a supportive cadre of critical thinkers and compassionate global citizens
equipping scholars to confidently pursue post-undergraduate pathways, leadership roles, and advanced degrees
employing a theory of education that supports and uplifts the scholar and their community
